Dr. Steve Tipps has designed custom research projects to help clients study marketing issues for the past two decades. His work spans industries from financial services, pharmaceuticals and health care to consumer goods. Steve’s areas of expertise include market segmentation and targeting, brand positioning, new product/service design and sales forecasting, customer satisfaction/loyalty research, and media research. Prior to working with Trinity, Steve was VP at Yankelovich Clancy Schulman, and more recently was SVP at Copernicus Marketing Research and Consulting, a multinational research company that provides qualitative and quantitative research to B2B and B2C clients worldwide. Steve received his B.A. in English from Tufts University, and an MBA and Ph. D. in Marketing from Boston University.
