Potential.
BCCJ is very much about leadership development and connecting those individuals with commitment and shared vision of the organization’s programs. The programs focus on collectively inspiring and motivating groups to build strong and inclusive communities around them.
Realized.
To understand BCCJ and its impact on Greater Boston one must understand the true diversity, talent, and commitment of the people that participate in their programs. Using photography of participants and past alumni in both the print collateral system and eventually the web, the people of BCCJ will be presented to the various stakeholders of the organization. The shared BCCJ learning experience combined with the collective accomplishments of these individuals is the best way to truly realize the impact BCCJ is having on the Greater Boston Community.
