Dan Logan founded Trinity on the belief that “there is a significant difference in how you market a service as opposed to a product.” In his words, “Understanding the importance of relationships and delivering on the customer experience is key in service marketing. The company’s message must be true and employees must believe that ultimately they are responsible for the brand promise.”
Dan began his career at Ted Bates Advertising in New York, where he worked on M&M Mars, Coors Beer and AT&T. From there, he was recruited by the New England (now New England Financial) as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications. For nine years, he brought a skilled and creative approach to a variety of business problems, and ultimately advanced to manage the overall Marketing Services Division.
Dan holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from New York University. He is heavily involved in community issues in the Greater Boston area as chair of the Boston Center for Community and Justice and board member of the University Club.
