Overview.

Glenmede is an independent investment and wealth management firm for high net worth individuals, families and institutions.

 

Potential.

Glenmede had high awareness in its home city of Philadelphia and a strong reputation. However, their broad range of products and services were not fully understood, and they had low awareness outside of their home base. Glenemede wanted to build a strong brand story that would allow them to project a more modern and sophisticated image and differentiate themselves in an increasingly competitive environment.

 

Realized.

Trinity engaged in internal facilitation and research to develop a clear and succinct value proposition that was then translated into a brand story.

The message emphasizes the thoughtful and intelligent investment and wealth management services and how these give clients the freedom to enrich their lives and the lives around them. This message has been applied to a branding campaign (print and radio) and is being rolled out to other priority tools, including a new website, in early 2009.
