
Liberty Mutual is the 6th largest property and casualty insurance company in the United States, offering a broad array of products and services to individuals and business.
Liberty Mutual operates under what they refer to as the Customer Choice Model, meaning customers can access their products and services in a variety of ways – direct or through agents/brokers. The carrier has significant brand awareness among brokers, but historically wasn’t known as a true business partner dedicated to supporting relationships with this channel. To effectively build strong relationships with brokers, Liberty needed to develop a core strategy and build a messaging platform for communicating with leading brokerage firms.
Trinity created a series of internal and external tools all wrapped under the idea titled the Broker Connection – a destination where brokers gain access to all the products, services and sales support needed to help them grow their business. The Broker Connection included custom logo development, brochures, and sales sheets. This full range of tools work to both change an internal mindset at Liberty and increase consideration among brokers externally.
