Scott brings to his market work a valuable combination of extensive business and research experience. From consumer packaged goods work with brands such as L’eggs Pantyhose and Finesse Shampoo as EVP at Saatchi & Saatchi, to his later work with Liberty Mutual and Capital One, Scott has helped to craft numerous marketing strategies and developed multiple business, marketing and communications plans, grounded in accurate and actionable market intelligence. Scott has been leading focus groups and one-on-one interviews for more than 10 years, and developed the Decision Workshop as a means for company teams to assess, discuss, prioritize and implement move-ahead strategies. He is also an accredited facilitator for the Birkman Profile, a behavioral assessment tool that is used to improve team performance.
