Allison Flett

Allison Flett
Consultant

A Trinity veteran of ten years, Allison is a leader of Trinity client services.

Allison is responsible for assembling and managing the right teams on all communications projects, including web development, targeted programs and branding and identity. Allison also has extensive experience in helping clients leverage the power of online marketing to achieve their business and communications objectives. Allison’s client experience includes Putnam Investments, Liberty Mutual, Boston Private Bank & Trust Company, CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association), and PURE high net worth insurance.

Allison holds a B.S. in Marketing from Bentley University and is a graduate of the BCCJ LeadBoston Class of 2009, a program focused on developing socially conscious and responsible business leaders.



Jonathan Kranz

Jonathan Kranz
Copywriter

A copywriting partner of Trinity Marketing for nearly ten years, Jonathan has done a variety of writing projects for direct mail, print, web, advertising, and other marketing communications such as e-books across financial services, technology, healthcare, and others - serving primarily B2B marketing.

In addition, Jonathan is an accomplished columnist for local newspapers, has been a guest essayist on National Public Radio’s All Things Considered, routinely publishes e-books, blogs, whitepapers, conducts speaking engagements on copywriting, and teaches writing courses at Harvard University Extension School, Emerson College and Northeastern University. Jonathan's work with Trinity over the years includes Enterprise Bank, Lee Munder, Liberty Mutual, and Capital Advisors Group.

Jonathan sits on the board of directors of Notre Dame High School in Lawrence, MA and has an MFA in creative writing.



Jessica Beets

Jessica Beets
Graphic Designer

A 2000 graduate of Carnegie Mellon, Jessica brings a wealth of B2B design experience, working in both traditional print and web design. Jessica's portfolio includes a major rebranding initiative for a market-focused business consulting firm, as well as multimedia Flash presentations and video.  Current client work includes Capital Advisors Group, Boston Private Bank & Trust Company, and CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association).

Jessica holds a BFA in Communication Design with a minor in Photography and Digital Imaging from Carnegie Mellon.

Nadine Flowers
Art Director

For nearly 10 years, Nadine has led strategic and creative branding and design initiatives for her clients, resulting in comprehensive integrated print and online campaigns.

She brings over 20 years experience to the table, primarily in the B2B market, having worked with clients in life sciences, healthcare and medical devices, financial services, professional services, and technology. Both partnering with Trinity and through her own business, Grow Design, Nadine’s talents combine the rare mix of fresh thinking and strategic business insight to produce creative that is on target and that communicates a lasting visual message. As a former Trinity associate who worked with Liberty Mutual, Putnam, and Glenmede, she has the ability to dovetail seamlessly with staff.

Nadine has won numerous industry awards in American Corporate Identity and Graphic Design USA, and has guest lectured on brand identity and positioning at MIT and non-profit workshops.

Nadine serves on the Advisory Committee of the Greater New Bedford Regional Technical High School and has a BFA in Visual Design, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.



Dr. Steve Tipps, Ph. D.

Steve plays a mean blues guitar, and on weekends can often be found jamming at local watering holes.

Dr. Steve Tipps has been designing and managing custom survey research projects for two decades, translating complex statistical and technical information into understandable and actionable recommendations and marketing plans for clients. He has segmented numerous consumer and business markets in order to provide profitable targets for clients to pursue, and has particular expertise in demand forecasting.

Prior to becoming associated with Trinity, Steve lead the forecasting and evaluation practice at Copernicus Marketing Research and Consulting, a multinational research company that provides qualitative and quantitative research to B2B and B2C clients worldwide.

Steve received his B.A. in English from Tufts University, and an MBA and Ph. D. in Marketing from Boston University. His doctoral dissertation focused on the relationship between media involvement and advertising effectiveness.



Janice Foley

Janice Foley

Janice is a hands-on practitioner of marketing strategy, positioning and communications, grounded in actionable research. At Trinity Marketing, she manages client projects with a solution-oriented approach to achieve meaningful and measurable results.

During her almost 20 years of marketing experience, Janice has helped clients in diverse industries achieve their business objectives with creativity and business savvy. Janice’s consulting clients range from large companies to consumer-focused start-ups, and include organizations such as Fidelity Investments, the U.S. Air Force and the Boston Options Exchange.

On the corporate side, Janice has held senior roles at Fidelity Investments, The Boston Stock Exchange and Liberty Financial Companies. She has also served as an adjunct professor at Emerson College, teaching a range of graduate marketing and communications courses. Janice is also active in community, educational and political affairs, and recently completed two terms as president of the Boston Women Communicators.

Janice holds a BS in Marketing/Management from Siena College and earned her Masters in Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School at Syracuse University.



Lea Kelsey

Lea has been developing research and marketing solutions that enable brands to speak to the wants and needs of prospects and consumers in their own language - getting the right people to see, feel, experience and connect with the brand.

Lea has experience on both the corporate and the consulting sides, and possesses a strong knowledge of consumer, trade and retail environments. On the corporate side, she has worked for major packaged goods manufacturers including Procter & Gamble and Bristol Myers Squib. In consulting, Lea has worked for Glendinning Associates and American Consulting, among others.

Lea has broad experience in consumer, food service, and financial service industries, and has worked on a wide range of brands, including American Express OPEN, Clairol, Coors, Domino’s Pizza, Excedrin, Fuddruckers, Hill’s Science Diet, Nestle Carnation, Perrier, Ricoh, Schering Plough, Sears Home Services, and Western Union.

Prior to working with Trinity, Lea was Director of Client Services for K&L Marketing/141 Worldwide, a marketing services consultancy that is an operating unit of Ogilvy Worldwide and based in New York City.

Lea holds a BS in Management and Finance from Tulane, and earned her MBA from NYU in 1998.



Michele Ruttenberg
Consultant

Michele has over 20 years of experience managing a diverse variety of market research and competitive intelligence projects for companies in financial services and other industries. She is known for designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative research studies tailored to provide actionable information for decision-making.

Michele has been working as an independent research consultant since 2002, and began working with Trinity in 2009. She has designed and conducted market research to address both strategic and marketing issues for a range of clients, including Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, Boston Private Bank & Trust, and the law firm Bingham McCutcheon. Previously, Michele was Senior Manager of Market Research and Competitive Intelligence at John Hancock, where she was responsible for primary research and competitive intelligence initiatives for Hancock’s life insurance, long term care insurance, and annuity businesses.

Prior to Hancock, Michele spent several years at Fidelity as Director of Market Research for retirement services, and as Senior Research Analyst within Fidelity’s retail marketing division.

Michele has a BA in Communications Research from the University of Pennsylvania.



Kim McCarthy

Chelsea has spent the past four years sharpening her skills as an account manager within the business-to-business market sector. Prior to joining Trinity Marketing, Chelsea worked for a technology focused advertising firm where she developed highly targeted print and online advertising campaigns, websites, collateral and trade show support materials for a number of clients in the technology world including Analog Devices, Fairchild Semiconductor, EETimes Group, and TechInsights.

Since joining Trinity Marketing, Chelsea’s account responsibilities have included Boston Private Bank & Trust, CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association), and Enterprise Investment Advisors. Chelsea grew up in the state of Maine.

Chelsea graduated in 2006 with a BS from Northeastern University where she made the Dean’s List as an Economics major.
